Tallybook is operated by Yusuf Choudhury. Contact is through the feedback page. A postal address is not published on this site.

We store your account email and sign-in session with Supabase Auth. We store workspace names, membership, invites, and the settings you save.

We store usage events: action counts, and AI token counts with a cost in pence when a model rate is confirmed. Business workspaces also store an append only audit log.

We store Stripe customer and subscription ids. We do not store card numbers. Stripe processes the payment.

If you send an enterprise enquiry or feedback message, we store that message. If a renewal payment fails, we store a draft email. Drafts are not sent.

We use this data to run the account, bill the plan you chose, keep workspaces separate, and answer a message you send.

We keep account and billing records while the account is open and while we need them to show what was billed. Audit rows are kept. You can ask, through the feedback page, to delete an account that has no unpaid usage.

We do not sell personal data. Supabase hosts the database. Stripe processes payments. This build does not send mail through Brevo.

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or a third party analytics tool.

You can cancel on the billing page. The account, billing and audit pages show the workspace data your membership can read.
