Refunds

You can cancel any time from the billing page. The Stripe customer portal stops the next renewal. The current period stays available until it ends.

There is no free trial, so the first successful payment is the first month.

If we take a payment and do not open a workspace, use the feedback page and we will refund that charge.

Usage that has already been reported for the period is payable. The hard cap stops further extra actions. It does not undo usage already recorded.

Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a right, that right still applies.

This build refuses live Stripe keys, so a test mode payment is not a live charge.
